The program is built around the talents identified through the Gallup CliftonStrengths® 34 assessment.

We identify and name your talents. Then, we go through an interpretation of your top 10 talents so you can fully embrace and understand them

Through your talents, we work on tasks and challenges from your own practice, so you can immediately begin applying the insights from your talents to real-life situations.

The session take place online or in person, depending on your preferences and availability. Each session lasts 60 minutes, and the program includes a total of four sessions.
